On 11th December, Becki Gude hosted a fundraiser dog walk in aid of the ADAA!

Christmas jumpers and hats were a requirement for this jolly walk, that very quickly turned into a soggy stroll due to the abysmal weather! After the walk we came back to the house for mulled wine and doggy biscuits. It was a lovely (wet) day that was enjoyed by dogs and humans alike!

We even had a celebrity guest appearance! Ted the Dog from BBC1s Gone Fishing with Bob Mortimer and Paul Whitehouse graced us with his cheeky grin and helped us raise a whopping £320!

Kudos to everyone from turning up and for donating so generously to the ADAA!

Here are some photos from the day :)

ADAA trustee Selina is doing a fundraising challenge through October!!

Selina is planning to handcycle 62 miles across the month (that’s 2 miles per day), and on the 23rd October, she is going to be doing a 6 hour cycle challenge where she will do as many laps of Marston Vale Millennium Country Park as she can in the 6 hours. Each lap is a little over 4 miles.

ADAA would like to open the 62 mile challenge up to anyone who would like to participate… whether you walk it, use a manual wheelchair or electric wheelchair, we’d love you to join us.

If you don’t feel that you can but would like to help, please donate via https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/62miles
