STANDARDISING ASSISTANCE DOGS.

Offering people with disabilities who have non ADUK assistance dogs the opportunity to gain peace of mind by having their assistance dog independently assessed.

ABOUT THE ADAA

The Assistance Dog Assessment Association (ADAA), is a charity that offers people living with disabilities the opportunity to have their assistance dog independently assessed.

The lack of clarity about what defines an assistance dog in UK law has led to confusion in recent years. The ADAA offers service providers and business confidence that dog's wearing the ADAA logo have reached our high standards.

ADAA is registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation in England (Registered number: 1191180)

WHY THE ADAA?

Combined we have more than 30 years experience within the assistance dog sector, both within Assistance Dogs UK (ADUK) and non ADUK/owner trained organisations. We appreciate that being an owner trained team or Non ADUK team can make access to services difficult, that is why we have complied a comprehensive public access assessment to bridge this gap.

The ADAA can support you with guidance and training.
